Construction of an elemantary school and kindergarten with kitchen and restaurant
Inscrit au projet national de rénovation urbaine (PNRU), cette réalisation conçue selon les normes de la haute qualité environnementale (HQE) sera le premier bâtiment à basse consommation (BBC) du quartier du Clou-Bouchet, à Niort. L’école élémentaire, le restaurant scolaire et l’extension de la maternelle seront recouverts d'une toiture végétalisée d'environ 2 200 m2. Comme un ruban végétal abritant une vie scolaire imprégnée du respect de la nature.
